The Press Office can only grant accreditation to journalists.
Staff and freelance journalists are required to fill in the application for accreditation.
Photographers are required to send a fully completed, printed application for accreditation by fax (00 39 0172 419725), accompanied by a request from their Director or Editor-in-Chief, with a legible signature and on headed paper. (The Press Office may, at its discretion, decide how many accreditations are issued to a single publication.)
Television or radio news crews are required to send a fully completed, printed application for accreditation by fax (00 39 172 419725), accompanied by a request from their Director or Editor-in-Chief, with a legible signature and on headed paper. They are also required to provide the names of ALL their operators as soon as possible. Accreditation will be confirmed strictly in accordance with TV or radio crew activities, and passes will ONLY be given to the operators on the list.
Since the Press Office only has a limited number of press cards available, it may, at its discretion, decide the number of accreditations to issue to a publication.
Representatives of advertising agencies, advertising agents, public relations agencies and so forth, will NOT be granted accreditation.
Passes for the press car park will be given to those registered for accreditation. Passes will be assigned according to individual requirements. Spaces in the press car park will only be available while they last.
